Terms of Service

Welcome to Pierside Media. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline our policies, procedures, and expectations. Please review them carefully to ensure a smooth working relationship.

Scope of Services

Pierside Media provides professional Listing Media and Branding Content services, including photography, videography, 3D tours, and additional media offerings. Detailed information about packages, deliverables, and optional add-ons can be found on our website.

Payment Terms

Payment for all Listing Media and Branding Content services is due in full prior to the scheduled shoot. For retainer agreements, 50% of the total amount is required as a deposit upfront, with the remaining balance divided into equal monthly payments over the duration of the agreement, whether three or six months.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times for deliverables vary based on the type of service. Listing Media photos are delivered within 24 hours, while 3D tours and videos require three to seven business days. At this time, we do not offer rush delivery options. We strive to meet these timelines and will communicate promptly if any delays occur.

Refund and Reshoot Policy

We are committed to client satisfaction and will issue refunds if the client is unhappy with the deliverables due to issues within our control. However, refunds will not be issued for factors beyond our control, such as weather or venue restrictions. In such cases, clients may reschedule at no additional cost or receive credit toward a future shoot. If any issues arise due to our error, we will gladly conduct a reshoot free of charge.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled shoot are subject to a $100 fee, while rescheduling is permitted free of charge if requested at least two hours before the scheduled time.

Revisit charge

For any additional visits requested by the client separate from the scheduled package or shoot, a revisit fee will be applied. This fee covers the opportunity cost, cost of travel, time, and resources required for the additional trip. Revisit fees start at $100 per visit and will be communicated prior to scheduling. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full before the additional visit occurs.

Service Area and Travel Fees

Our service area includes locations within a 50-mile round trip of our Long Beach location. For shoots beyond this radius, a travel fee of $0.67 per mile will be applied for each additional mile, calculated round trip, and added to the final invoice.

Ownership and Usage Rights

All deliverables created by Pierside Media become the property of the client, who may use them without restriction. However, Pierside Media retains the right to use any deliverables for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolios, marketing campaigns, and social media content. This allows us to showcase our work while respecting the ownership rights of our clients.

Liability

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, Pierside Media cannot be held liable for factors outside of our control, including inclement weather, venue limitations, or third-party equipment malfunctions. In cases where such issues arise, we will work with the client to find a suitable solution, whether through rescheduling or other means. Errors caused by our team will be addressed promptly through complimentary reshoots.

Governing Law

This agreement, and any disputes arising from it, are governed by the laws of the State of California.
